Good Deed Investments ("GDI") is a private real estate lending company located in La Jolla, California. We specialize in trust deed investments in Southern California and Nevada. We are a licensed California mortgage broker that funds loans secured by trust deeds on commercial real estate, including non-owner-occupied residential, land and development projects (i.e. construction loans, condo conversions, etc.) and income-producing properties (i.e. apartments, office buildings, etc.). GDI arranges these loans which are all secured by commercial real estate for investors who seek a secure investment that earns significantly higher returns than traditional fixed income investments.

GDI loans are based on the value of the property, not on the credit worthiness of the borrower. This is called hard money or asset based lending. GDI does perform due diligence on the borrowers to understand their track record and background, but at the end of the day investors can get most comfort knowing as we like to say," if its not worth owning its not worth loaning."

Over the past 20 years, GDI has developed relationships with banks, insurance companies, pension plans and high net worth individuals. Our substantial database of lenders allows us to make decisions and fund the appropriate loans at lightning speed after receiving all documentation.

What makes us different is our background and practices. You deal directly with one of our principals. All the principals have an MBA and have been senior executives in companies ranging in size from start-up to over $100M.
